Dr. Yogesh Neupane

Dr. Yogesh Neupane is a senior and well-known ENT and Head Neck Surgeon in Nepal. He has done his fellowship in Snoring and Sleep Apnoea Surgery from Singapore General Hospital, Singapore. Dr Neupane is currently working in Department of ENT and Head Neck Surgery at Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital, Maharajgunj, Kathmandu, Nepal. 

He has special interest in management of Obstructive Sleep Apnoea and vertigo besides ENT surgeries. He has delivered lectures and conducted workshops on various issue of management of Obstructive Sleep Apnoea in Nepal and abroad. Dr. Neupane has also played an instrumental role in establishing Sleep Apnea Surgery in Nepal and is doing various type of surgery required for management of Sleep Apnoea. He started ‘Sleep Disorder Breathing Unit” in department of ENT and Head Neck Surgery at TU teaching Hospital. He also played a key role in establishing “Nepalese Society of Sleep Disorder”. 

Dr. Neupane is actively involved in research. He is ex- executive member of Nepal Health Research Council, Government of Nepal. Dr Neupane is the Ex-Editor-in Chief of “Nepalese Journal of ENT and Head Neck Surgery”. He is also founding president of Nepalese Society for Equilibrium and Balance. He is also affiliated with various national and international organization like Society of Otolaryngologist of Nepal, American Academy of Otorhinolaryngologist and Head Neck Surgery, American Association of Sleep Medicine, Neurotological and Equilibrium Society. 

Dr Neupane has participated in various training programs and workshops all over the globe and acquired proper exposure in terms of approach to treatment, technology and methodology used by different countries in the world. He has participated in training in countries like USA, UK, Australia, Singapore and India 

An Acclaimed speaker, Dr Neupane has delivered lectures and keynote on ENT issues especially on management of Obstructive Sleep Apnoea and Vertigo on national and international platforms. He has been striving continuously to achieve his vision of a better and improved ENT and Head Neck care in Nepal.
